Youth and Young Adult (Ages 14 -24) services are available through a variety of programs we offer! With designated federal funds, we can offer assistance with acquiring employment and learning on-the-job training programs. We can also provide opportunities and support with career planning, paid work internships, educational experiences. Learn more to see if you qualify!
Employment
Employment services are available to connect you with your perfect match. Whether you are a job seeker or an employer looking for candidates, we are here to help! We have staff and services to support you in your job search and to aid you in finding that great next new hire. Our staff also collaborates with communities and regional partners on hosting Job Fairs to foster this connection and address local employment demands.
Training
Training opportunities can look different depending on what programming we have available, what your career goals are, and what a company’s needs may be. We provide training opportunities and financial support to individuals looking to enhance their skill set to be competitive on the job market. We also provide support to employers through our ala cart Incumbent Worker Training Grants for your current employees. We can also assist employers in the cost of hiring and training new employees as well.
Support
Through our variety of programming and our network of workforce partners, we can provide support to both job seekers and employers. Our staff are trained to assess an individual’s strengths, skills, characteristics, resources, and interests to help you reach your career goals. We have services available to address barriers to employment, which can include assisting with the cost of transportation, childcare, and required training supplies. When we can’t assist you, we will introduce you to a partner that will best meet your unique needs.
