PY 17 WIOA Youth RFP
Northwest Wisconsin Workforce Investment Board(NWWIB), is soliciting individual and consortium-based proposals for the delivery of services to out-of-school youth ages 16-24 years old in the Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron, Price, Sawyer, Taylor, Rusk, and Washburn counties of Wisconsin under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify and fund organizations that will design innovative programming and comprehensive services that result in out-of-school youth (OSY), ages 16-24, achieving academic and employment success. Through this RFP, a total of approximately $410,000 is anticipated to be available for year one of the program.
To determine level of interest from qualified organizations intending to respond to the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, interested bidders must complete and submit a Letter of Intent Form to be eligible to submit proposals. The letter of intent is required and due by March 13th, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.
